On December 17th, 2023, Rooted hosted its first camp at Palmdale High School Stadium. Robert Castellanos, a professional soccer player from Palmdale, California, created Rooted. This initiative aims to provide young athletes in the Antelope Valley and Palmdale areas with both physical soccer training and mental mentoring. Castellanos is also working with talent from the Antelope Valley, with people such as Mario Trejo, Calvin Mitchell, and Alvaro Quezada to help foster talent.
